    what about the commitment of RULE OF LAW by SC judges ? at least two do not read the law and do not give a single reason to show application of their mind on the contended applicable statutory regulations in the case, instead give judgement like a dictator- Dismissed, without hearing the petitioner standing in the court. when the order copy comes later, written in chamber, shows quoting a statement made by a named govt. counsel , who was not even present in the court during the hearing. such order is collusive and illegal since not based on any regulation, but on advise of a govt. counsel and did not give judgement aginst the govt. because soon both are expected to be named as a judge of a commission/tribunal. if a statement of a govt. counsel instead of written law is good enough to decide case then we do not need supreme court or certainly not such judges. where does a poor ordinary citizen go here after against such misuse of power and authority of high office ? to God.
