Dear sir’s and madam’s
I wish to bring to your kind attention that the laws made for protection of women arenowadays massively misused against men to show their supremacy. Nowadays if the words of a girl are not ammended , she mis uses law to revenge her husbands and in laws.
All such types of incidents are increasing crime rate in india, as the husband suffers a lot by hands of his inlaws. All of the cases under 498-A , DV, Dowry, 406, etc are 99.9 % false are cause of harressment of man part of society.
I am writing all this as my wife has also desserted me 5 months back and is threatening me for consuming poisen and make me and my family suffer, her parents are forcing me to give divorce and are also demanding 3.5 lakhs, y marriage took place on 7th of Nov 2011 and my wife wilfully desserted me on 30 dec 2011. she didn’t allowed me to have physical relations and had later on filed a petition in family court on 9 march 2012 for IMPOTENCY and domestic violence, which got rejected. She had intensionally broken her mangalsutra and had taken jevellery and money from my home worth 4 lakhs which her parents are saying is her “ISTREEDHAN” and will not be returned.
Despite of all valid grounds of CRuelity against husband, my lawyer says that it is very hard to prove in court.
Why is it so that a husband like me in such a petiable condition is nowhere to be heard of…Please suggest what to do.
Dear sir
I do understand that laws for abusing a girl or dowry needs to be strict.I respect all the laws. But at times the girls also take an advantage of these laws and lie in front of the court .
There are girls who themselves doesnt want to stay in their in–laws place and blemes the in-laws for the dowry or beating
I think there has to be flexible laws for both boys and girls
Why we only blame In laws or the husband. In todays world where girls have become more smarter, the guys are also not safe at all.so anybody can have the tactics to play around with the laws. The girls can also be wrong . Therefore lets make laws flexible for girls aand for guys also
I’m a Muslim Advocate having two minor children in the custody of my estranged wife. Filed both Interim custody and visitation rights interlocutory applications in Original Petition for Permanent custody of the minor children aged 5 yrs, and 3 and half years but the Hyderabad District Family Court dismissed both IAs on flimsy grounds leaving high and dry without even to see the face of my children.
PLS ADVISE ME ACCORDINGLY IN THE LIGHT OF PROVISIONS OF LAW AND JUDGEMENTS IN MY FAVOR?
Thanks in advance
