  1. if mr a raja had tried to threaten or influence the madras high court judge reghupathy then why didnt he took the matter to central vigilance commission or to anti corruption bureau then it self why did he wrote to cji.why is it so that after revealing of the scam(2g spectrum)all the things are now coming up.to judge the credibility of cji would be pointing fingers on credibility of the supreme court of india.mr balakrishnan in his tenure has given many land mark judgments and to judge his credibility would be creating a doubt in the mind of people regarding supreme court judgments.
